Download and unzip the helper, then double-click Start Dance Cut Helper.command. Keep its Terminal window open while importing. If asked, allow this site to connect to your local network.

Imports audio from individual YouTube videos and Instagram reels. Playlists and live broadcasts are not supported. Instagram audio-page links need a reel using that sound. You can also add a saved audio or MP4 file.
